Is Voter Fraud a Career Choice?

 Yesterday I posted this piece, There is No Evidence of Voter Fraud! Really? saying: 

Voter fraud never happens or rarely happens, and there's no evidence of voter fraud.  Yeah, it you're blind, deaf, and living an a bathysphere hundreds of feet underwater.   Even their own voters don't believe that.  But that's the meme the left has touted for years.  It's the line they cling to in spite of all the evidence that's blatantly false, they continue to cling to that lie.  Why?  Well, let's explore this.   

I then listing links establishing solid evidence that clearly demonstrates, at least to those who aren't suffering from mental disorders such as "preconceptualism" and the "sieve mind infection", that voter fraud not only happens, it's ubiquitous and it's massive.   

Preconceptualism -  A mental state where one draws a conclusion without doing one iota of research and then refuses to see or hear anything that refutes that conclusion, ergo, since you never see or hear anything that refutes your conclusion; your conclusion must be right.   

Sieve Mind Infection - A mental disorder where no matter how many facts are presented to refute their views, none of the evidence is retained, washing through the mind like water through a sieve.

Both are chosen mental distortions of the left; both are evidence of the criminal mind mentality; "never give up the con!" 

Yesterday Monica Showalter posted this article, Arizona 2020: New revelations from 'the most secure election in U.S. history', saying:

Turns out a hacker got his hands on more than 600,000 Maricopa County voter registrations, including sensitive personal information on many.   Remember how CBS 'journalist' Scott Pelley breathlessly touted the 2020 election as 'the most secure in history'? Pelley, oh so seriously, touted the statement from White House Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency director Christopher Krebs who calling it just that and then the rest of the mainstream press repeated it in three-part harmony............Turns out it wasn't quite so 'secure' as Krebs claimed...... 

But the news is now out there that U.S. voter registrations are insecure and we know China has already stolen 200 million voter registrations, which it will obviously use for nefarious purposes. One only can hope that sunlight will help to expose more of these problems until its too late to solve the problems, and China, or any other enemy, looking at you, Mexico, will have all they want, which is to say permanent power over what's left of our country, through the miracle of hacking and election fraud.

From day one I contended Arizona's elections were blatantly fraudulent.  Here's my 

s time goes by voter fraud has become so wide spread it seems clear .... at least to me...... there are those whose job it is to corruptly secure elections via voter fraud.  Well, I just gotta ask; where do these people come from, where do they work, who do they work for, how much are they paid, and where do they go to apply for their jobs?  

Okay, I'm being a bit facetious here, but I would like for you to take some time and think about the answers to those questions.  If you see farther, deeper and wide enough you could find those answers just might be more startling than you think.  Voter fraud is ubiquitous, and none of this could have spontaneously occurred so universally without organization, power and money behind it.  Oh yeah, and it just might be "a vast left wing conspiracy".  Imagine that.

Minnesotaofficials threaten activists who exposed suspect voting scheme - Secretary of state says investigation launched into use of 'concealed cameras' at polling stations.   State officials in Minnesota have launched a series of threats, and an investigation, after undercover activists James O'Keefe and Cam Higby released videos documenting the state's suspect procedures that allow one person to "vouch" for up to eight other voters who are not registered. The state has been plagued with a number of controversies in recent months, including a massive federal crackdown on illegal aliens present in the state. Further, there have been dozens and dozens of criminal cases brought in what apparently in a massive fraud on the American taxpayers inflicted largely by members of the state's Somali immigrant community. Experts estimate the social services fraud schemes have cost taxpayers billions of dollars.....

There is No Evidence of Voter Fraud! Really?

Voter fraud never happens or rarely happens, and there's no evidence of voter fraud.  Yeah, it you're blind, deaf, and living an a bathysphere hundreds of feet underwater.   Even their own voters don't believe that.  But that's the meme the left has touted for years.  It's the line they cling to in spite of all the evidence that's blatantly false, they continue to cling to that lie.  Why?  Well, let's explore this.   

First, I've been writing articles about voter fraud for years that demonstrating voter fraud is real, it's rampant and it's ubiquitous, or at the very least the evidence shows, quoting Shakespeare, "Something is rotten in the state of Denmark", and that rottenness creates a stench that needs a real a investigation by an Attorney General who has a mad dog in meat market mentality.   

Yesterday  Andrew Paquette, PhD wrote an outstanding article entitled, The Information Sieve Why Election Integrity requires more than evidence noting how no matter what evidence is presented the leftist mind is like a sieve, where all the evidence just passes through leaving nothing behind.  He notes: 

Democrats say “Where’s the evidence?” every time claims of election fraud are made. You could hand them evidence, literally in their hands, and it would disappear in a barrage of “But where’s the evidence?”, “This was adjudicated!”, “What’s your source?”, “This isn’t peer-reviewed!”, “It’s too late for this, find something new!” 

Never mind that all those questions are answerable. The point is that regardless of the type of objection given, the effect is the same: like water poured through a sieve, none of it is retained, as if it had never been in the sieve at all.

He goes on to say something that in my view is profound:

Criminals and their significant others can be like this. The criminal himself is motivated to deflect away from the evidence every time he is asked about it. His significant others and friends are motivated by their trust in the criminal to follow his lead, even if it sounds a little suspicious, out of an instinct to protect a member of their brood................. Then, their claims that “this isn’t evidence!” make sense. The same goes for the histrionic emotion expressed when they say it.

Why is that so profound?  Because it highlights the first rule of the criminal mind...."Never give up the con!"  If that's the first rule of the criminal mind, and that's the position they're taking, the conclusion is .... they're criminals. 

How many times have you seen one of these "world's dumbest criminal" shows where the criminal who is caught red handed insists on claiming he didn't do anything wrong.  In one of those shows a car thief stole a car owned and rigged by the police.  Why they remotely shut the car down and arrested him he kept insisting the car was his cousin's car and he had the right to drive it.  Ever after the police told him it was their care.  One was filmed committing a serious crime on film, but he insisted that wasn't him, it was someone who looked like him, and demanded his court appointed attorney argue that in court.  When he refused he told the attorney "you're not working for me, you're working for the man", and his family supported that view. 

This "sieve mind infection" isn't just about voter fraud, it involves every leftists theme they promote, including excusing black criminal activity that's out of control in America's major cities. 

Back to voter fraud, the Democrat's choosing voter fraud and corruption,  and their "sieve mind infection".  Here are articles I've been reading and storing, and the conclusion must be they're criminals and embracing the criminal mind attitude of....."never give up the con", which they knowingly support with lies, warped twisted reasoning and finger pointing.  The left excels at lies of commission, lies of omission, logical fallacies, and projection.   

Remember, as you read this, contemplate the meme, "there's no such thing as a conspiracy"!  And we know that because the left says it all the time.  Unless of course it's a vast right wing conspiracy as Hillary Clinton claimed in an attempt to excuse the behavior of her husband.  Well, how about this.  I say this is a "vast left wing conspiracy", involving Democrat politicians, the media, who hear no evil, see no evil, nor will they speak about evil... of Democrats, and even the courts are complicit.  After following the links below, you tell me if there is a "vast left wing conspiracy" at work here or not.  That brings us back to "why" they're fighting tooth and nail to prevent any kind of investigation into voter fraud or preventing voter fraud.  Because without voter fraud they can't get elected except in far left enclaves.

The Kyrie Eleison of the left is:  "It's not my fault, it's not my fault, it's not my fault, it's not my fault!  Amen!" So, in order to see a perfect example of leftist lies, distortion, twisted logic and finger pointing the left is so adept at, let's start our investigation with: 

New Jersey  

• NJ Gov Is Lying About ‘Software Glitch’ That Led to Non-Citizen Voting -   “All 6,600 individuals indicated ‘Yes’ to wanting to register to vote and ‘No’ to being a US Citizen” DHS found that over 35,000 non-citizens were registered to vote in New Jersey.  Gov. Mikie Sherrill claimed that was due to a software ‘glitch’, that only 6,000 non-citizens were registered, only 400 had voted, and announced that she won’t release the names because of “privacy laws.”  Privacy laws don’t protect illegal actions or New Jersey’s own violations of voting regulations. Furthermore, the provider is claiming that it wasn’t a software error at all, but a category error.....It wasn't an error..... .Gov. Sherill is lying when she says it was just an innocent error. And she’s lying when she claims that the only reason she’s not releasing the names is privacy.........
• NJ's Mikie Sherrill Had an Interesting Term to Describe the Illegal Alien Voters in Her State - Reality hit New Jersey, Gov. Mikie Sherrill: her party and its media allies claimed voter fraud rarely occurs, if at all. President Trump gave a speech on it in July, which the usual suspects dismissed as conspiratorial. And, as always, Trump was right. Over 6,000 illegal aliens were found on New Jersey’s voter rolls, with about 400 voting in past elections. That’s the official figure—it’s probably higher. .....
• Jersey vote scandal a drop in the bucket -  Reality hits New Jersey, Gov. Mikie Sherrill: her party and its media allies claimed voter fraud rarely occurs, if at all. President Trump gave a speech on it in July, which the usual suspects dismissed as conspiratorial. And, as always, Trump was right. Over 6,000 illegal aliens were found on New Jersey’s voter rolls, with about 400 voting in past elections. That’s the official figure—it’s probably higher.  Now, Mikie is trying to blame Phil Murphy, her predecessor, for the oversight, but she now refuses to cooperate with federal officials regarding the release of more information on these people, calling them New Jersey citizens (via Politico):.........

The Democrats and the media claimed this never happened not too long ago. Sherrill has tried to shift the blame, pointing the finger at Phil Murphy. But it doesn’t really matter, Mikie. Dhillon pointed out that not all of these voters are illegal aliens—some are Green Card holders—but all are ineligible to vote. “People need to see the consequences of voting when you’re not allowed to,” she explained......
• NJ Gov Vows to Protect Non-Citizens Who Illegally Voted -  Accidents will happen. Who hasn’t experienced random accidents like spilling soda, bumping your knee or adding 6,000 non-citizens to the state voter rolls in a state controlled by the party that is most likely to benefit from non-citizens voting in elections. Just random accidental stuff.  .............Gov. Mikie Sherrill announced Tuesday, with “fewer than 400” of them casting ballots in various elections since 2023.   So around 400 illegally voted in elections which they had no right to do. If you get sent a $500,000 check you know is a bank error, and you cash it and spend it, you’ve committed a crime. So have these folks........

• 'Unacceptable': Governor admits THOUSANDS of noncitizens registered to vote - The governor of New Jersey has admitted that thousands and thousands of noncitizens were registered to vote in her state, and many of them actually voted, illegally, in a U.S. election, but it's all the fault of a software error. A report at Politico said Gov. Mikie Sherrill said more than 6,000 people who are not U.S. citizens were added to her state's voter rolls. She claimed it was minor because "fewer than 400" actually voted......

•  (Editor's Note: One honest jurist! RK) No re-do! Judge prevents Dems from manipulating primary ballots - Party wanted to give thousands of voters a second chance to fill out their vote.  Democrats and other leftists long have advocated, with frequent success, for a voting month, or voting week, instead of an election day as specified in the U.S. Constitution. They also love mail ballots, absentee ballots and counting ballots that arrive after the election period has closed.  And that scheme now has bitten them, in a dispute in Wisconsin.

Voter Fraud is Ubiquitous

• 10 States Checked Their Voter Rolls With a DHS Database to Find Startling Info - Twenty five states, with the help of a Department of Homeland Security database, have identified hundreds of thousands of dead people and noncitizens registered to vote, and they haven’t finished counting yet.  So far, just 10 states—including key battlegrounds Georgia and North Carolina—have fully processed the voter data through the Systematic Alien Verification for Entitlements, or SAVE, database.
• Dirty Voter Rolls and Dirty Elections—Together Like Ham and Eggs - Why all the fuss over voter rolls? Shouldn't we be concerned about honest elections instead? Voter rolls are important because they determine who gets to vote, and if the voter rolls aren't clean, then clean elections are just a pipe dream......

• Illegal Alien Mows Down Connecticut Cop and Girlfriend While Driving Drunk and High – And She Is a Registered Voter - An infuriating tragedy unfolded this month as an illegal migrant killed a Connecticut police officer and his girlfriend in a traffic ‘accident,’ and the news gets even more outrageous. As The New York Post reported on Tuesday, 27-year-old Melissa Ramirez, who is from Mexico, was speeding in a 45 mph zone when she smacked into 38-year-old Connecticut policeman Cooper Whiteside’s Harley Davidson on July 13.

This and That on Voter Integrity 

• The Kind of People Who Run for Government Office - What de Tocqueville said here seems to be a rather obvious truism. All we need to do is look at the current Congress—both parties—and most state and even local governments, to realize that “superior men” do not dominate any sector of America’s governmental structure. It’s not that all the people serving in government are Adolf Hitler reincarnated, degenerate, evil people, not even all Democrats. Not every Democrat always does “evil” things; they just believe evil things. Now, I suppose, one could define such a person as “evil,” and I wouldn’t argue the point. But there are some “decent” Democrats who don’t eat (or kill) babies. They just believe other people have the right to do so. That’s bad enough, obviously.  I’m trying to be as nice as I can here, folks..........
• Research Shows Voter ID Will Not Give Unfair Benefit To Either Party - During his speech about election security last Thursday, President Donald Trump renewed his pitch for the SAVE America Act, focusing on the bill's requirement that voters present a photo ID when they cast ballots in federal races. "How simple is that?" he said. "Could I have your photo, please? Photo voter ID. All voters must provide proof of citizenship."......

Trump claims election fraud was covered up...Is he right?

We have all heard it many times. According to “journalists,” claims made by President Trump regarding election cheating are “unfounded,” “disproven,” and/or “debunked.” However, irrefutable evidence of large-scale 2020 election fraud exists.

On Thursday night, the President outlined four specific areas of election concern. I’d like to address one of them: Corrupt Michigan voter registrations in the 2020 election. Trump said: “Even when significant evidence of fraud has been detected, it has been buried and covered up.”

The President is correct: Wide-spread evidence of Michigan fraud was detected before the 2020 election. After it was discovered and reviewed by the FBI, it was concealed by the Biden DOJ. I know this because I had access to the numerous DOJ email communications pertaining to this subterfuge.

The scandal is discovered

Shortly before the 2020 election, a woman walked into a Muskegon County (MI) election office and submitted 8 to 10 thousand voter registration applications. An alert election clerk named Ann Meisch noticed that many of the applications were extremely suspicious, with birth-dates, addresses, and signatures that did not match the information on related drivers licenses.

Meisch and co-workers made a largely unsuccessful effort to verify the information by calling phone numbers on questionable applications. The matter was then turned over to Muskegon local police and state authorities.

The police noted that “numerous forms appeared to have been completed by the same writer…” and “phone numbers on multiple forms were erroneous and signatures on multiple forms didn’t appear to match signatures on file….” They briefly investigated the matter before the probe was turned over to the FBI. It was then squelched, almost immediately, by the Biden Department of Justice.

The story went dark for almost 3 years until the Gateway Pundit (GP) published a series of articles based upon state and city police reports. Here is a short recap of the GP reporting, followed by some confidential information that has not been widely reported.

• The woman who submitted the registration applications has the name Brianna Hawkins, and was paid $1150 per week, given a rental car, and a “reloadable pay card.” Her job was to register voters and help them use the registrations to get ballots.

• The company she worked for was a Tennessee organization with the name, GBI Strategies. It had numerous branches and activities in many areas of Michigan, and in other locations in the United States.

• GBI had very close ties to high-ranking Democrats and left-leaning groups. A police investigation stated or implied that, in 2018, GBI was paid $188,000 by the Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee, $1,571,000 by the Doug Jones for Senate Committee, and $657,000 by the left-wing New American Jobs Fund.

• During their investigation, the police found several “semi-automatic rifles joined with suppressors and optics and customized pistols.” Why they were there is a mystery.

• The police also found “dozens of new phones” and hundreds of “prepaid payment cards.” [Why hundreds? Were people being paid with the cards if they registered and voted?]

• GBI employees told police investigators that they never advocated that people vote for Joe Biden or any particular candidate. However, police saw a script in the GBI office that encouraged people to vote for Joe Biden. For example, it asked, “can I count on you to vote for Joe Biden?”

• City police went door-to-door to confirm that the registration forms possessed by GBI were fraudulent.

• Ruth Johnson, a former state senator and former secretary of state stated: “My estimate is over 800,000 ballot applications were sent to non-qualified voters in Michigan.”

Phony registrations, no ID, and no signature checking

To fully understand the scale of this corruption, and the significance of the phony registrations, you need to know how easily they can be converted into votes.

• Although Michigan law required a voter to request a ballot application, Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson ignored the law, and she automatically mailed out 7.7 million ballot applications to everyone who was registered, including 4 million who were not planning to vote absentee, and those with the phony registrations obtained by GBI. No ID was required.

• The only voting safeguard in Michigan (a weak one at that) was signature matching. However, Secretary Benson unlawfully told election clerks throughout Michigan to “presume” signatures matched, and most did. Fortunately, Ann Meisch, the woman who discovered the scandal, ignored Benson’s unlawful instructions.

• Four months after the election, Benson’s instructions were ruled to be invalid by a state judge. The mainstream media ignored that ruling. No appeal was filed by Secretary Benson.

The Biden Department of Justice kills the investigation

Before the 2020 election, FBI agents knew that the real number of phony registrations could be several times larger than the 8,000 to 10,000 registrations originally reported. I read the emails and have the specific names of those agents. I will not name them here because they may still be government-restricted.

At least one official reported that the number of phony registrations could change the election results. Another agent proposed interviewing 100 individuals who served as canvassers of 2020 registration information.

Nevertheless, Richard Pilger, the man in charge of the DOJ’s Election Crimes Branch, blocked any investigation of the matter prior to election certification. He claimed that he was blocking the action based on a long-standing government policy (Justice Manual 95-85.300). However, a careful reading of the manual shows that investigations should be delayed only when they are “overt” — meaning that they would become widely known by the public and could influence the election. Interviews of individual canvassers, examination of documents, and other investigatory actions would not be barred. Pilger must have known that.

Conclusion

• Registration applications were obtained by GBI in multiple cities in Michigan and elsewhere. It is clear that some of the registrations were fabricated or obtained by trickery.

• In some instances, legitimate registrations may have been obtained, but via illegal financial inducements.

• When the Secretary of State auto-mailed ballot applications to 7.7 million registrants, the people with phony registrations also received ballot applications.

• Because 4 million voters did not expect to receive a ballot application (because they never asked for one), those applications ended up in trash cans and landfills where they were easily available to political operatives.

• The registrants (the real ones and the phony ones) could fill out the application forms and obtained ballots – without showing identification.

• Because of the unlawful instructions of Jocelyn Benson, all signatures on ballot applications were “presumed” to be legitimate.

• A review of FBI/DOJ correspondence shows that some officials were very concerned about GBI, and wanted to investigate before the 2020 election. However, Richard Pilger, the Director of the Election Crimes Branch, blocked any such investigation until after the election. Perhaps he feared that such an investigation would give credibility to President Trump’s claims of election fraud.

How many Michigan votes were created by GBI? How many were produced by Jocelyn Benson’s unlawful mass mailing of ballot applications and by her unlawful signature instructions? It is impossible to know.

That is why it was wrong to certify the 2020 Michigan election.

Election 2026 and Voter Fraud is Real

Maine Democrats just had a debate with those wanting to take Planter's place as the Democrat candidate for 2026...... and to be kind.... it appears it was a remarkable clown show.  As one writer said before this debate he had trouble understanding how Planter got chosen in the first place, now he gets it.  

• Update 6:05 PM:  Here's how Planter got picked.  This Is What's Happening to the Consultants Who Made Graham Platner.  It's almost unbelievable just how incompetent the Democrat party really is. And here's the scary part that's seemingly going on all over the nations: "If Platner hadn’t been a total scumbag, he would have had a fighting chance as an outsider to win the race."  And that's the theme.... the desire for outsiders!  That's a theme being ignored by everyone except these activists.  I'll have more on that, and the DNC needs to be scared.

Trump has declared the U.S. election system is ‘broken’ and ‘vulnerable’, and has called on the FBI to investigate ‘significant evidence of fraud’ in Michigan 2020 election. 

In 2024 I wrote:

 ........the battle in Michigan over voter fraud is hot and it's being claimed Michigan has about  500,000 on voter rolls other than eligible voters.   The "New RNC", that's working to end this corruption.   In March the RNC filed an election integrity lawsuit targeting Michigan’s handling of absentee ballots  and it appears they've won that ballot case: .......making this their tenth win against Michigan Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson"for failing to follow the state's election security law.  Detroit appointed seven times more Democrat poll watchers than Republicans for its primary election, and the RNC Sues Detroit, Alleging City Did Not Hire Enough Republican Poll Watchers.  

That was in 2024, so I really get a kick out of this especially since my Michigan voter fraud file goes back to 2020.  And they're just now discovering it?  Remarkable!

He also stated classified documents show China has actively interfered, and compromised’ at least 18 state voter rolls, which of course they're really upset over Trump’s "false allegations saying:

“This is a false allegation and serious smear that has long been proved to be unfounded. China adheres to non-interference in other countries’ internal affairs,” Foreign Ministry spokesman Lin Jian told reporters during his briefing. “We never interfere in U.S. elections and have zero interest in that.”

Oh sure, they may murder a bunch of malcontents in order to harvest their organs but nothing so terrible as interfering with a U.S. election in spite of the release of the documents that proving otherwise.

 

“As the documents we are releasing show, CIA reporting explicitly stated, ‘in mid-2018, the Chinese communist party’s policy was to leverage all domestic and foreign elements that were opposed to the U.S. president in an effort to reduce the U.S. president’s votes, and make him resign or prevent his reelection,” he said.

And of course Trump got the usual support from the Pravda media, they ignored him, and was the reason the Pravda media failed to cover his speech to protect their leftist masters?  The left believes the SAVE America Act ‘belongs in the trash’  And why does it belong in the trash?  Well, I gotta tell ya, I wonder if these nitwits realize what they're saying half the time.  Democrats Sen. Elissa Slotkin from Michigan stated the Save America Act was the Republicans way of rigging the election that would prevent Democrats from winning. 

 

“The other thing that we blocked yesterday was the SAVE Act, right?” she said to loud cheers. She claimed that act “would literally allow this administration to rig our democracy so that it would be hard for any Democrat in any state to win any election.” She also claimed it would “disenfranchise all married women in the meantime.” 

 

First of all, this disenfranchising married women claim is a blatant lie, and secondly, now let me see if I understand this correctly.   She's saying that making sure the people who are voting are actually alive and American citizens with the right to vote will prevent Democrats from getting elected.    Did I get that right?  I didn't miss anything did I?

Fulton "Show the Ballots" Hearing is Cancelled

Fulton Ballot Hearing Cancelled, Favorito Seeks DOJ Intervention

ATLANTA, GA, OCTOBER 23, 2024 – Judge Shukura Ingram abruptly cancelled a Fulton County ballot video hearing Wednesday less than 24 hours before she scheduled it to take place. The hearing on a case she held for over a year, was set last Friday morning less than two days after President Trump publicly stated he wanted to see the Fulton County 2020 votes.

The case alleges that the Fulton County Clerk Che Alexander failed to fulfill 2024 Open Records Requests (ORR) filed by Garland Favorito to obtain a copy of Fulton County 2020 ballots. The ballots were unsealed by court order in 2021. Georgia’s 2-year sealing requirement under O.C.G.A. § 21-2-500 expired in 2022. The Georgia General Assembly passed SB189 legislation in 2024 to continually make ballots public records subject to ORRs.

Fulton officials and attorneys repeatedly assured Superior courts, the State Election Board and the Fulton Board of Registrations and Elections (BRE) that the 2020 ballots are being preserved. However, when Favorito submitted an ORR for a copy made independently of the Dominion voting system he received a reply from the Elections division stating: “There are no responsive documents to your request.” A second reply to the Clerk of the Court was never answered thus triggering the August 28, 2024, ORR case against Alexander.

Judge Ingram decided to transfer the case to Judge Robert McBurney who is holding the original December 23, 2020 Fulton counterfeit ballot case by Favorito and others against the BRE. McBurney mysteriously acquired that case from Judge Brian Amero shortly after Amero was overturned on December 20, 2022 by the Georgia Supreme Court, when it confirmed Fulton petitioners had standing. Petitioners in that case filed a motion to recuse McBurney on May 16, 2023, for several reasons, including derogatory extrajudicial remarks he made in his dismissal of a similar case brought by former Senator David Perdue. The motion to recuse was denied by yet another Fulton Superior Court Judge Melynee Leftridge four months later.

Fulton County has concealed the 2020 election ballots from the public for over 4 years. Favorito, the VoterGA co-founder, is calling for urgent action from the U.S. Department of Justice: 

“This is the third time in the last four months that a hearing in a 4-year-old case seeking to produce 2020 Georgia ballots has been cancelled the day before it was scheduled to occur. These actions are not coincidental and have led us to the brink of an election security crisis. Georgians have suffered the greatest voting rights violation in our history. It is obvious we do not have a legitimate justice system for cases that may expose election fraud. Therefore, we must rely on immediate DOJ intervention to secure the 2026 elections.”

Two Big Developments re: GA Elections

In September I wrote an article about a disturbing case of Democrat lawlessness. Commissioners in Fulton County Georgia (Atlanta area) had refused to allow two Republicans to sit on the Election Board despite being ordered to do so by Judge David Emerson of Fulton County Superior Court. The County is potentially subject to a fine of $10,000 per day until the appointments are made. Democrats appealed the Court’s ruling, and an appeal hearing is scheduled for sometime in January. I will let you know when a specific date is set but in the meanwhile there are two new developments:

2020 Paper Ballots May Finally Be Inspected

In that same September posting I mentioned another unresolved issue from the 2020 Georgia election:

“Perhaps the biggest cause for concern is the unyielding refusal of Fulton Co. to permit access to the [2020 paper] ballots. In December 2020, 6 witnesses independently testified that many of the absentee ballots appeared to be fake: The ballots were supposedly mailed but had none of the creases required in order for the ballots to fit into envelopes. Also, they were on different paper and/or they had suspicious ink that appeared to be toner. As a result, the head of VoterGA, Garland Favorito, filed a lawsuit to obtain ballot access. After nearly 5 years of litigation, the ballots are no longer under court seal and Favorito has a right to inspect the ballots via a standard open records request. Without explanation, however, Fulton Co. refuses to give that access.”

That may change very soon.

There will be a “show me the ballots” hearing tomorrow (Thursday) to question Fulton Co. election authorities regarding their continued refusal to give Garland Favorito and VoterGA access to the ballots. The hearing will be held by Judge Shakura Ingram in Fulton County Supterior Court. It can be watched at 1PM tomorrow (Thursday October 23, 2025) at this video link.

It should be very interesting, so I urge you to watch it if possible.

My Conversation With Garland Favorito

There was another development after I posted the September article: I had the honor of interviewing Garland Favorito, the man most knowledgeable about Georgia election matters. We talked about Fulton Co. Democrats and their defiance of a standing court order. We also discussed a range of topics concerning Georgia election matters during and after the 2020 election. Here is an overview of our conversation, which took place on October 9, 2025.

• Democrats are still defiant

Garland noted that the Democrat-controlled Board of Commissioners is still defiant, will not seat Jason Frazier on the Fulton County Election Board, and will not renew the appointment of Julie Adams, who has been on the Board since 2024. Garland believes that the Board of Commissioners is “willing to spend hundreds of thousands of taxpayer dollars to try to get out of following the law.”

The Commissioners justified their decision by claiming that Frazier and Adams are “election deniers,” a characterization that Garland strongly disputes. In any event, he argues, being a so-called election denier is not relevant because “the statute is clear.” Republicans have a right to appoint these individuals, and the Board as an obligation to seat them.

• ·To this very day, “impossible” mail-in ballot images have not been explained

Fulton Co. provided low-resolution images of most 2020 mail-in ballots, but many were “impossible” — as in phony. Garland stated:

“We did a study on March 7, 2022 that showed that the digital images were electronically altered in Fulton County before the results were certified.”

This issue was raised in legal proceedings, but no response has ever been received from Fulton County or from any court of law. Some of the specific “impossibilities” are identified, below.

1. In Georgia, a ballot image must have 2 files: a tif image file and a SHA authentication file. They are always produced at the exact same moment; however, 16,000 of Fulton’s ballot images have SHA files dated hours or even days after the time stamps of the respective tif files. How is that possible?

2. Another glaring irregularity was found: 4,000 images have precisely the same timestamp — to the identical microsecond. That is impossible because it takes time to produce each image.

3. Contrary to Georgia legal requirements, over 130,000 mail-in ballot image files were produced with no associated SHA files, whatever.

• There were almost 18,000 more votes than records support

In an election decided by just 11,800 votes, Fulton will not or cannot produce records to support almost 18,000 votes. There are no paper ballots or images. Garland pointed out that, under Georgia law, the lack of support for 18,000 votes “would trigger a re-do of the election automatically.”

Could this explain why Fulton Co. seems desperate in its efforts to prevent Garland Favorito from gaining access to the paper ballots? Would an inspection of the ballots confirm that the election was not certifiable?

• In violation of law, signatures were not matched

In the 2020 election, Georgia had the lowest ballot rejection rate in the nation, and Fulton Co. had the lowest ballot rejection rate of any major county in Georgia. An explanation for the ultra-low rejection rate was produced by a man named Mark Wingate, who served on the 2020 Election Board. Wingate testified (under oath) that he was told by Fulton County election personnel that Fulton did not do any signature matching. The lack of signature matching, in violation of election law, might explain why Garland found that “only 6 ballots were rejected [county wide] and it should have been in the thousands.” He also noted that the signature matching machine used by Fulton County was not even operational.

All of these many election issues prompted me to ask if Fulton Co. was deliberately concealing wrongdoing. This is the response from Garland:

“What they are hiding is that the results will not add up. The results that they certified do not match the ballot images.”

• Other 2020 election anomalies

According to research performed by VoterGA, Georgia had 374,000 in-person ballots for which there are no images. That is a violation of “both federal and state law.” And in Fulton County there were more than 3,900 double-scanned and double-counted ballots.

The many items listed above do not comprise a complete list of the irregularities discovered. According to Garland Favorito...

“All in total there are a million electronic records missing from the 2020 election.”

• 2021 legislation made significant improvements

In 2021, Georgia passed the “Election Integrity Act of 2021.” Garland Favorito believes the new law strengthened election integrity greatly, but more work is needed. Specifically, Garland would like Georgia to get rid of voting machines, and go back to publicly-recorded hand-counted paper ballots.

Update on State Voter ID Laws

To me, one of the most concerning takeaways is that after 250 years, we still have fourteen (14) States that continue to require zero identification for an individual who wants to vote! What could go wrong with that?

As November nears and voters head to the polls in 36 states, let’s review which states require voters to present identification when casting their ballots — and see where voter ID laws have changed in 2025.

Across the U.S., 36 states require voters to present identification to vote at the polls on Election Day. Of those states, 24 require voters to present photo identification, while the other 12 states accept other identification that does not contain a photograph. The remaining 14 states do not require voters to present identification to vote at the polls on Election Day, in most cases.

Ten states have amended their voter ID laws so far in 2025. One state, West Virginia, moved from requiring non-photo identification to vote to requiring photo identification.

Valid forms of identification differ by state. Commonly accepted forms of ID include driver’s licenses, state-issued identification cards, and military identification cards.

Some states requiring voters to provide identification may have exceptions allowing some people to cast a ballot without providing an ID. For instance, 15 states allow some or all voters to sign an affidavit attesting to their identity at the polls instead of presenting identification. Seven states allow another voter or an election official to vouch for the person’s identity in at least some cases. Four states allow voters who live and vote in state-licensed nursing homes or residential care facilities to vote without showing identification.

Three states — Alabama, New Hampshire, and Kentucky — require voters to provide a copy of their identification when requesting an absentee/mail-in ballot. Two states, Arkansas and North Carolina, require voters to provide a copy of their identification when returning an absentee/mail-in ballot.
Across the country, 10 states passed 10 bills related to voter ID for in-person voting or absentee/mail-in voting during 2025 legislative sessions. Some noteworthy laws states adopted this year include:

• Colorado SB 1 expanded the list of eligible forms of non-photo identification to include identification and cards issued by the Bureau of Indian Affairs, the Indian Health Service, or any other federal agency that includes an address in the state. Colorado has a Democratic trifecta.
• Georgia HB 296 required that driver’s licenses used as identification for voting purposes be in a physical format and issued by the Georgia Department of Driver Services. Georgia has a Republican trifecta.
• Montana SB 276 expanded the list of eligible forms of identification to include a student ID card issued by a school in the Montana university system or a Montana school that is a member of the National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics. Montana has a Republican trifecta.
• New Hampshire SB 287 required voters to include a copy of their identification or a notarized signature when requesting an absentee ballot by mail or to present their ID to an election official when requesting an absentee ballot in person. New Hampshire has a Republican trifecta.
• Utah HB 300 required voters to provide the last four digits of their driver’s license, ID card, or Social Security number when returning a mail-in ballot, starting on Nov. 5, 2025. Until Dec. 31, 2028, election officials will attempt to match the voter’s signature on the envelope affidavit to the signature on file for voters who do not provide an identification number. Starting on Jan. 1, 2029, voters must provide the last four digits of an identification number or include a copy of an acceptable ID when returning their mail ballot. Utah has a Republican trifecta.
• West Virginia HB 3016 required photo identification to vote, though driver’s licenses issued without a photograph remain valid for voting. The bill removed documents from the list of eligible forms of identification and allowed voters 65 years of age and older to use an expired ID if the document was valid when they turned 65. West Virginia has a Republican trifecta.

In addition, Wisconsin voters in April approved a constitutional amendment adding language requiring a photo ID to vote in the Wisconsin Constitution. The amendment allows the state legislature to define what qualifies as a valid photo ID and provide exceptions to the requirement. Wisconsin passed a statutory voter ID law in 2011. On Nov. 4, Maine voters will decide on a ballot measure that would make multiple changes to the state’s election laws, including changes to photo IDs.

Five states adopted five laws related to voter ID in 2024. Thirteen states adopted 14 such laws in 2023. Nine states adopted 10 such laws in 2022.
